I had to become a fierce advocate for myself to survive and then thrive. Now, I GET to be a fierce advocate for you.

I was 17 years old the day I realized I was in a fight for my life.
At that point, I had been diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Insomnia. I wasn't yet aware of my C-PTSD, ADHD, or undiagnosed autoimmune conditions. I was on multiple prescription combinations, yet I was physically, mentally, and emotionally circling the drain.
I had two options LIVE or DIE. The truth, I wanted my life to be over.
I summoned all the courage and strength I could access and DARED myself to move... to choose LIFE.
I was hospitalized for 11 days, but when I was released, I was thrown right back into the same unstable environment I had left. So, I dared myself to break free, to heal, and to keep going no matter what.
I began a journey of healing and personal development. I started fighting for myself because I knew the old path led back to a toxic, unfulfilled, barely alive existence full of nothing but pain.
As I began to heal and grow, I realized... every diagnosis, every toxic or self-defeating habit, every self-destructive thought, was a crucial part of the journey so that I could do THIS work.
Now, after years of working with others in different modalities of transformation, I get to experience the pure joy of bearing witness to the SUCCESS of others daring to move and create the life THEY desire and deserve.
